Canoes, one-person sit-on-top kayaks and 6-person rafts are available for rent on the scenic and secluded St. Francois and Big Creek. Big Creek is best floated in the spring and fall, while the St. Francois is floatable year-round. Half-day, one, two and three day float trips can be arranged at The Park Store.

Fishermen will enjoy angling in Big Creek's deep pools and in the St. Francois River for bluegill, bass, crappie, sunfish, goggle eye and catfish. Missouri fishing license is available at The Park Store.
